    We map every table, chair, and traffic lane to your venue's footprint — including electrical, bar placement, and coat check flow.

    Event Night

    Crew arrives 60–90 minutes early. Setup, dealer briefing, and a soundcheck with your MC or DJ before doors open.

    Prize Ceremony

    We tally chip counts, hand the mic to your executive, and orchestrate a clean, photograph-ready awards moment. Full teardown after.
